Veuve Clicquot Champagne Terrace Opens – Great Scotland Yard Hotel
The 5 star Great Scotland Yard Hotel has opened its doors to the Veuve Clicquot Champagne Terrace, inviting guests to enjoy a cold glass of Veuve Clicquot Champagne in a Central London rooftop hideaway, overlooking Whitehall’s skyline.
Located on the top floor of Great Scotland Yard Hotel, Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut and Rosé will be served by the glass or bottle and paired with an exquisite menu, including onglet and horseradish on sourdough, smoked salmon and Avruga caviar on a pancake, oscietra caviar 15gr served with blini, creme fraiche and chives, 3 British cheeses, homemade chutney and crackers and British strawberries with Chantilly.
This luxury 5 star hotel is one of London’s most historic and cherished buildings. Originally the HQ of the Metropolitan Police, this hotel holds more hidden stories than any other in London. The hotel has been entirely rebuilt and extended by two floors to create 151 rooms and suites, where no two rooms are the same. As well as the Veuve Clicquot Champagne Terrace, the hotel hosts the inimitable cocktail bar, The 40 Elephants, hidden whisky bar, Sibin, and afternoon tea lounge, The Parlour, all situated on the ground floor.
The Veuve Clicquot Champagne Terrace will be bookable via OpenTable and open from Wednesday to Sunday from 4pm – 9pm throughout the summer, weather dependent. Walk-ins are accepted and subject to availability. Pricing starts at £18 for a glass of champagne and £90 for a bottle.
