A new, safe and considered way to shop

In line with the government guidelines, Bicester Village has implemented a robust set of Shopping Protocols to help guests have a safe and enjoyable experience while visiting. These include thermal scanning to temperature check all guests, ensuring face coverings are worn at all times in boutiques and encouraged throughout the village, and that guests keep one metre or more distance from other guests in the Village.

Digital queueing is available at many of the boutiques and hand sanitisers and deep cleaning are in place throughout the Village. Digital Queuing allows guests to register with a boutique they want to visit and be alerted via text when they store can accommodate their visit, so guest can continue to shop throughout the village and not have to queue outside a specific boutique.

Guests are also encouraged to use contactless payment, e-menus and digital navigation. The newly released app helps guests familiarise themselves with the Shopping Protocols and easily navigate the Village.

Soho Home – opens on 25th August and is their first standalone store in UK

Opening on the 25th August, Soho Home, will be offering an exclusive and wide range of beautifully crafted furniture, and items for the home in the first standalone store open to everyone, outside of their Soho House locations. Located in the heart of Bicester Village, it will house everything from beautifully crafted chairs and beds to their classic robes, signature stripy towels and Cowshed range.
