Ouronyx Introduces New Skin Resurfacing Treatment: NeoGen Plasma
With a mission to redefine the medical beauty space, Ouronyx, known to offer a range of non-surgical treatments, has introduced NeoGen Plasma, a nitrogen gas-derived thermal plasma that regenerates and resurfaces the whole skin architecture without puncturing or vapourising the skin’s surface. The rise in consumer preferences for non-invasive skin treatments which offer maximum results but with minimal recovery has meant that consumers now look for an array of choices in achieving their desired results through aesthetic treatments that are more topical in nature.
NeoGen Plasma offers a unique and effective process of skin regeneration that stimulates a natural response in the form of an epidermal resurfacing process within days of having the treatment and revealing the new epidermis. It is clinically proven to treat the skin architecture and full spectrum of skin types with less downtime and complications than other energy devices on the market.
The unique properties of nitrogen plasma enable high temperatures to be delivered as deep as the reticular dermis at high energy, leading to long-term regeneration and remodelling of collagen and elastin, that will continue to improve for up to 12 months and last for years.
Energy levels can be tailored to meet the exact needs of the client, with lower energy treatments suitable and beneficial for everyone regardless of age or skin colour and will improve the skin’s regenerative function, providing a truly natural approach to maintaining dermal health. Higher energy treatments achieve the same results as a CO2 ablative treatment but with half the recovery time and significantly fewer complications due to the skin remaining intact and acting as a natural biological barrier.
The NeoGen Nitrogen Plasma System has proved to be effective for the treatment of the following conditions: Fine lines and wrinkles, Scars/Acne scars, Superficial skin lesions (pigmented lesions), actinic keratosis, seborrheic keratosis, melasma, stretch mark revision and active acne. Three to six treatments are advised for best results.
Facial Resurfacing starts at £800 per treatment.
