Lavender Green’s new upsized store provides a more distinguished and spacious habitat to accommodate its boundless range of flowers and plants, along with the retailer’s curated collection of unique homewares, treasures, and gifts with a dedicated lower ground space for their recently blossomed flower school.

The Chelsea-based workshop works hand-in-hand with their studio and headquarters based in Windsor, who are hugely proud of the relationships they have assembled over the past 30 years with some of the country’s leading galleries, venues, museums, and historic houses. From private parties and weddings to corporate events, their graciously designed arrangements and installations take innovation from the current trends in floristry, fashion, and fine art. Services range from custom-made floral and interior options for individual homes and private parties to grand, specialized schemes for high-profile events, such as the Ascot races, the Chelsea Flower Show, and Wimbledon. All of which Lavender Green has adorned multiple times.

The immensely talented team of remarkable designers and florists are led by Creative Director, Sue Barnes. Since founding Lavender Green 30 years ago, Sue has built the business to be listed as a preferred supplier at over 60 affluent venues across London, designed the floristry for Pippa Middleton and James Matthews wedding and has also been to over 1500 weddings to oversee the floristry.

Throughout the year, a variety of workshops will be hosted at their exquisite Chelsea space, where you can learn new skills using an array of their gorgeous seasonal flowers. For example, their Spring Planter Masterclass is suitable for all levels of experience and skill, where their aim is to teach you how to create a design that you will be proud of and eager to replicate throughout the year. Using an array of gorgeous, highest-graded, seasonal ingredients, the team will take you through all the steps on how to make a beautifully planted Spring Bulb arrangement, using a seasonal collection of heritage bulbs (such as white Muscari, Crocus, and Bridal Crown) in fresh tones along with adding the finishing touches of a moss’s, twigs and much more.

On top of providing unbeatable designs, flawless service, entertaining and educational workshops and super calming and beautiful retail space, Lavender Green has also been trialing a Donations Service, which has now assisted local charities to raise over £10,000. In addition to this, in their aim to champion sustainability, more than 70% of their events are now entirely recycled and therefore resulting in zero waste.
