Fine & Country said ‘hola’ to a new office for every month in 2021

With 12 brand-new locations launching last year across inland and coastal Spain, Fine & Country are continuing to solidify their brand presence in the country. Many of the new and existing locations have seen rapid growth over the course of the last year after the effects of the Pandemic and Brexit caused many Brits and other European patriots to reimagine their lives overseas.

The demand for property in our Costa Blanca North Region last year was phenomenal with enquiries from all over Europe and beyond and the continued increase of clients buying property in our Region resulted in our best year so far for sales. We continue to thrive in a buoyant Spanish market and look forward to taking our business and commitment to customer service to an even higher level with a new appointment to our award-winning team.

We are proud to announce that Fabian Reig Marina has joined us as a Sales Manager. Fabian brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team, having worked in the commercial and domestic real estate market in both Madrid and the Costa Blanca North Region.

Born in Alicante Fabian is native Spanish and graduated from Alicante University where he received a Bachelor’s degree. Before venturing into the Real Estate business Fabian worked for a large national Insurance Company as a Director for more than ten years. Passionate about the sea and kayaking, he knows the coast of the Costa Blanca North with it´s coves and hidden beaches like the back of his hand having moved from Alicante to live in various locations in our Region over the past 20 years. Fabian is also a keen motorcycle enthusiast and when not working or spending time with his two daughters he loves to visit incredible off the beaten track places with his partner enjoying the beauty of nature with the warmth of the sun, the power of the wind and the feeling of freedom on two wheels.
