When you’ve been self-isolating for so many weeks, working from home from your kitchen table with loads of distractions and dodgy busy internet connections why not escape, try a new luxurious, peaceful and clean office with every conceivable requirement to successfully fill your business day. Conrad London St James in the heart of Westminster has launched ‘The Perfect Address’, an office-away-from-office if you please. The area features hi-tech spec and many more benefits, including use of the hotel gym.

You can book anything from an hour to a month, there is a  state-of-the-art 42″ satellite HDTV, room service and 24-hour concierge, international media hub, Bose Sound System and two desk phones, air-conditioning, a Nespresso coffee machine, a hospitality tray, and a comfortable lounge area. If you fancy an overnight stay there is also a 25% discount for those using The Perfect Address.

We enjoyed a single night at the hotel following a busy day of meetings in London, had we known sooner we would have used The Perfect Address in which to hold our three meetings, instead of trailing around town, chasing our tails.  Still, it was a treat to stay overnight in an extremely spacious and well designed stylish suite. Conrad London has a well-organised team ensuring COVID-19 restrictions and government guidelines are strictly adhere to, it was impressive and we felt safe and secure in the knowledge that every surface was deep cleaned, there was no clutter and an abundance of sanitising stations.

Our suite was contemporary and practical with everything one would need for a comfortable stay, whether it’s for business or pleasure. The open plan arrangement of our suite gave a spacious feel, with a lounge area, cool bathroom with a separate waterfall shower and a large dreamy bed, it was perfect.

The hotel is a little quiet at the moment but that didn’t stop us from enjoying a couple of cocktails in the bar, the atmosphere was sophisticated and smart. The kitchen is open for dining in the bar area with a delicious but limited menu.

Breakfast the next morning was a relaxed affair, no buffet queuing anymore, table service only, but this only served to bring back the old-fashioned quality service that we all appreciate. The choice was huge, continental, full English, Eggs Benedict, Avocado and poached eggs and many more delicious options, all washed down with a steaming hot latté, the perfect start to any day.

The service was superb, we had a wonderful stay and will, without doubt, take full advantage of The Perfect Address next time we have a busy day of meetings in London.
