Bath – An elegant city full of traditional heritage
In the fast-paced world we live in, finding moments of tranquillity and rejuvenation is essential for our overall well-being. Nestled in the heart of England, Bath emerges as the beacon of relaxation, earning its rightful place as the United Kingdom’s No. 1 spa and wellness city break destination.
Bath’s reputation as a wellness hub dates back to Roman times when its natural thermal springs were revered for their healing properties. Today, these ancient waters continue to draw visitors from around the globe, seeking the same therapeutic benefits that were once enjoyed by Roman emperors. The Roman Baths, a testament to centuries of wellness tradition, stand as a symbol of Bath’s commitment to health and relaxation.
Beyond its healing waters and luxurious spas, Bath’s architectural beauty adds another layer to the city’s wellness experience. The honey-coloured Georgian buildings, stunning crescents, and picturesque landscapes provide a serene backdrop to the pursuit of well-being. Bath’s charming streets invite strolls, encouraging visitors to unwind amidst the city’s timeless elegance.
Bath doesn’t just cater to the body but also nurtures the mind. The city hosts a variety of wellness events, from yoga retreats to mindfulness workshops, offering visitors the opportunity to explore holistic well-being. The lush greenery of the Royal Victoria Park and the peaceful surroundings of Prior Park Landscape Garden provide idyllic settings for outdoor meditation and reflection.

The Wellness Suite is a multi-sensory experience which combines a state-of-the-art Infrared Room, a Celestial Relaxation Room, an invigorating Ice Chamber, and two aroma steam rooms, which use imaginative displays to reflect the spa traditions of the Roman and Georgian periods.
