The Lady Isabella King Suite is an absolutely stunning room. This Suite is located in the mansion house featuring Avon Valley, a side lawn and mature tree views.

This bedroom benefits from a separate dressing area, with wooden floors that continue into the bathroom. Everything is planned for double occupancy and the double rain shower and sinks were a statement. The white roll-top bathtub is positioned in the centre of the bathroom opposite the tall windows.

You can enjoy a hospitality tray offering a selection of fairtrade teas, coffees, hot chocolate and biscuits, use of the hotel waffle robes, a selection of lifestyle magazines and room service 24 hours a day. We were greeted with a lovely bottle of Champagne and fresh fruit on arrival to enjoy in our room.

Cloisters Restaurant

The dining experience at Bailbrook House was unbelievable. The restaurant is tucked away in the historic mansion where the heritage of this country house hotel in Bath really comes into its own, with original archways made from traditional Bath stone.

Their Head Chef, Michael Ball, has designed a menu that celebrates classic ingredients and modern flavour combinations to create an exceptional modern British dining experience for guests. The staff were incredibly friendly and had great knowledge of the menu, pointing out what they recommended trying. The steak was cooked to perfection and it was a dinner I didn’t want to end!

The following morning, we enjoyed breakfast delivered by room service. This allowed us to relax and enjoy the morning before checking out. The breakfast menu was amazing with so many options as well as fresh juice and fruit. It was delivered promptly on time and had everything we could need!
