For those dreaming of Italy this summer but unable to make the trip or those returning with holiday blues, Pasta Evangelists masterclasses offer the perfect solution and will transport guests to Italy’s gastronomic regions without stepping foot on a plane. From Puglia’s orecchiette to Rome’s fettuccine as well as Sardina’s malloreddus, guests will be taught the art of fresh pasta making, offering a host of classes dedicated to specific Italian regions in the heart of London.

The masterclasses will be led by Pasta Evangelists chefs, imparting their expert knowledge on how to prepare fresh pasta from scratch.
