Arrive in Style

Arriving at Villa Firenze is something special. Helicopter transfers from Juan Santamaría International Airport direct to the helipad in the grounds are included in the cost of a the stay, where guests will be greeted by the properties private staff who will escort them into the villa through an empowering central courtyard filled with lush greenery and framed with intricate arches and through to a covered terrace of cathedral proportions under an 8.5m-high beamed ceiling with unobstructed views of the properties private grounds.

The villa has had a full interior refit that marries modern touches and ultra high-spec design with elegant decor and a nod to the properties past. The extensive renovations weren’t limited just to the interiors but include the addition of extra land either side of the property, further adding to the privacy Villa Firenze provides.

The Estate

Famed for its flora and fauna, Costa Rica comes to life right before your eyes in Villa Firenze’s expansive gardens. The abundant wildlife will keep you entertained, and the villa sits in the Eco-Golf Estates of the Los Sueños Resort & Marina, surrounded by tropical rain forest and 264 miles of coastline. The biodiversity of the Puntarenas area is unrivalled.

Villa Firenze’s gardens and terraces are perfect for relaxing in the Costa Rican sunshine. Take a dip in the 50-foot infinity pool, ease your muscles in the walk-in spiral jetted spa, enjoy delicious meals prepared on the professional-grade outdoor gas grill by your private chef (who comes as standard with your booking) and settle down with a drink and friends at the Club House bar or around the fire pit.

Unrestricted Service

Unlike many luxury holiday properties in the country, which are rented out on a property-only basis, Villa Firenze comes with a complete team of staff including a full-time chef, concierge, housekeeping, maintenance and driver. All at your service.

In addition to the helicopter transfer from Juan Santamaría International Airport for up to 10 guests, guests will also be treated to one day of sports fishing out of Los Suenos Marina, one day of ATV/4×4 tour, the use of a private Jeep and a golf cart, all meals cooked by the master chef, and house wine, house liquor, cocktails, cigars and beer.

Villa Firenze is equipped with air conditioning throughout, Swiss Guard security system with cameras monitored 24 hours a day, SONOS Sound System throughout the house and gardens, two high-speed internet lines, super fast WiFi throughout, and an emergency generator for continuous power even when local power is lost. We told you this was perfect for a Bond villain.

The Villa suites come with SONOS Sound Systems, Apple TV, in-room safe and USB charging connections (the Upper Master and Dome Suite also have fridges), while the Club House is equipped with X-Golf Simulator, X-box, Amazon Fire and Apple TV, Rock Band equipment, projector screen, eight TVs, ice machine, three fridges, and yoga mats and blocks.

Nightly rates at Villa Firenze start from $10,000 per night for up to 10 guests including helicopter transfers, full use of the property, excursions and the full staff. International flights are not included.
