Hawkridge Distillers, an innovative distillery in North Wessex Downs, has announced the launch of its debut premium whisky, made in partnership with the renowned Berkshire-based celebrity chef, Alain Roux. This spirit is available on the Hawkridge Distillers website from 7 February 2025, followed by selected retailers, bars, and restaurants nationwide.

Hawkridge’s debut whisky is a single malt aged in oak bourbon barrels, imbued with honeyed sweetness, toasted oak, and a hint of orchard fruits. It is crafted with a blend of English barley, pure water, and state-of-the-art distilling techniques. Carefully selected oak casks have been hand-picked to produce this initial release.

Hawkridge Single Malt Whisky will officially launch on 7 February 2025. The first release will be available for purchase online and at selected retailers nationwide, with international availability to follow. To celebrate the launch, Hawkridge Distillers hosted an exclusive event at its distillery in Hampstead Norreys, West Berkshire on 30th January 2025, featuring exclusive tastings.
