We live in the UK, so it perhaps comes as no surprise to note that taking into account the weather is an absolute must. Patio furniture does get exposed to the elements without protection, so you want to invest in furniture that is hardwearing, weatherproof and requires minimal maintenance.

Finally, and perhaps even most importantly, you need to understand your budget. While it may be tempting to go for budget-friendly options, investing in high-quality furniture can be better in the long run.

Consider your budget and what you can get for it in terms of the quality of materials, as well as any warranties that come with it. Sometimes it really can make sense to spend that little bit more.
