Tattu London launches The Great Snow
Embrace a season of icy festivities at Tattu London with an intimate winter terrace, sparkling interiors and exclusive dishes and cocktails.
Award-winning contemporary Chinese fusion restaurant Tattu London is embracing the festive season with The Great Snow – a celebration of winter as the Northern Hemisphere becomes frozen in silvers and whites and takes pause to reflect on the year that was and look ahead. From 1st November to 31st December, Tattu London will transform into an icy paradise with fresh menus, immersive dining experiences, and a refreshed outdoor Winter Terrace.
In the Chinese calendar, winter represents a still beauty, invoking royalty, dignity and purity, a time where the world is placed in temporal stasis. To celebrate the season, Tattu’s iconic cherry blossom trees will turn a crystalline blue, with branches glittering like icy fairy lights to guide guests through the darker months, taking inspiration from China’s most northernmost provinces, where snow-capped mountains and bright stars scatter the horizon.
Visitors to Tattu London will enjoy the Winter Terrace – a snug revamp of the recently opened outdoor space, complete with heaters to keep guests warm while enjoying delicious dishes and cocktails. Bedecked in plush furs, glittering lights and festive foliage, the Winter Terrace at Tattu will provide the perfect refuge for those looking to escape the crowds, against the iconic backdrop of the London skyline.
Tattu London’s revered chefs have also created a refreshed menu with sophisticated snow-scaped dishes for the winter season, with signature sharing menus on offer, focused on smaller plates to encourage social dining. Behind the bar, curated limited-edition cocktails will be on offer, including The Great Snow, an effervescent mix of Grey Goose vodka, elderflower, lemon and prosecco and Zhanshi, a rich and fruity expression of Patrón Tequila, coffee, blackcurrant and oat milk.
Guests will also once again have the chance to enjoy the legendary Frozen Cherry Blossom dessert, a festive fusion of cherry, spiced apple & chocolate back for the winter season only, as well as the Snow Leopard, a unique dessert featuring honeycomb, white chocolate & meringue.
To set the winter scene, creative guest DJs will be curating lush and immersive deep house soundtracks, which, paired with bespoke visuals, will complement the icy aesthetics and Tattu London’s forward-thinking contemporary Chinese and Asian cuisine.
Tattu has partnered with David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation (DSWF), an effective and emphatic wildlife conservation charity operating across Africa and Asia to end wildlife crime and protect endangered species in their natural habitat, such as the Snow Leopard. £1 from the sale of every Snow Leopard dessert will be donated to the charity. DSWF is a registered charity in England and Wales (1108693).
