Can Rafa was designed to create a comfortable bright and stylish living environment for a family vacation. This modern farmhouse style property is set between San Miguel and Puerto San Miguel situated up a quiet paved street and has lovely valley views back to the church of San Miguel. The property consists of several hectares of land with orange and olive trees and behind the house there are lovely walks.

Entering the house you walk into a large living room with double height ceiling, fireplace, underfloor heating and sliding glass doors on both sides, one set of doors leading to a closed sheltered patio with seating for 12 and the other leading to the main dining terrace. Here there is alfresco dining for 14-16 and a shaded sitting area. Off the living room there is a large eat in kitchen stylishly furnished with rustic contemporary furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped – for a cook or chef everything has been thought of here.There is one double bedroom off the kitchen – this bedroom which has its own entrance has an ensuite shower room and is accessible by wheel chair.

The master suite is in the opposite wing of the house and has a large dressing area, bathroom with bath tub a separate shower WC and outdoors shower. Between the master and the three guest bedrooms in this wing there is a media room with large plasma TV which has UK SKY channels fibre optic internet and a desk area for laptops.

The three double bedrooms in the guest wing each have their own entrance and are all ensuite. Two of these rooms can be either twins or doubles.

The sixth bedroom is located near the front entrance of the house and is also ensuite. All bedrooms have high quality mattresses and linens, bathrobes, beach baskets and sarongs. The bathrooms have bathroom amenities.

From the main eating terrace down a short path you pass the pétanque ( boules ) court with seats under a shady tree for spectators. Further down the path you reach the 20m pool which is surrounded by a large terrace with sun beds and a shaded chill out. The pool house has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for twelve people and a roof terrace.

This is perfect house for a family group or a group fo friends, there are several beaches close by and some great restaurants in San Miguel which is a 3 minute drive.
