The San Joan Contemporary house is a wonderful, newly finished to an exceptionally high standard sea view home. The owners have spared nothing to create a wonderful contemporary home with stylish and comfortable interiors. The property, set above the pine forest overlooking the north coast of Ibiza, is located on a private road up a short driveway. There are several wonderful beaches within a short drive and some lovely restaurants close by.

You enter the house into the large open plan living room which has expansive glass windows, large sofas, a flat screen TV and a dining table for twelve people, out through the sliding glass windows is the living room terrace. Up a few stairs from the living room is the large eat-in kitchen which is fully equipped with state of the art appliances. From here, there are sliding doors leading to the inner terrace and dining area and the upper panoramic roof terrace. The smaller double bedroom is located through the laundry off the kitchen area but has its own private terrace and entrance on the side of the house.

On the other side of the living room there is a small flight of stairs leading up to the main guest suite, the master suite and a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom and terrace. The other guest suites are in separate guest houses and are situated adjacent to the cool pine forest above the large pool terrace. They each have outdoors bathrooms and their own terraces. All the bedrooms have been wonderfully furnished and are equipped with a TV a safe and high quality linens.

The pool and pool terrace area is large and sleek with sunset and sea views through the trees, there are multiple sun beds and sun shades. The gym is next to the pool and there is a changing area with shower and bathroom. The house has a marvelous entertainment room with bar, living area with huge comfortable sofas and a sound system.

The villa is located close to many northern beaches with beach bars and is a short drive to the Six Senses hotel and spa.
