The hotel has been beautifully restored and renovated to provide a unique and luxurious accommodation experience.

Rooms

Whilst arriving at Roch Castle and driving through the automatic gates, it’s enough to take your breath away! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming staff who were always on hand to help with anything I needed.

Roch Castle has only six double ensuite bedrooms on four floors plus a dining room, lounge, sun room, chapel and fully equipped domestic kitchen. This creates a small and intimate experience whilst staying at Roch Castle as it’s unlikely that you will bump into many guests at all during your stay. The rooms are spacious, luxurious and thoughtfully designed, with every detail taken care of to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. The rooms are elegantly decorated with modern amenities such as flat-screen TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and luxurious bedding to provide guests with a comfortable stay.

Experiences

Roch Castle can be booked for exclusive gatherings and private celebrations for up to 12 family or friends on a self-catering basis. What really sets Roch Castle apart is the level of service. The staff are attentive, friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to make your stay truly unforgettable. Whether it’s recommending local attractions, organising a private tour or arranging a special surprise, they really go out of their way to make you feel at home!

Food

The breakfast was particularly outstanding, set in a small and intimate setting within the castle. The chef uses the freshest local ingredients to create a mouth-watering menu that showcases the best of Pembrokeshire’s cuisine. I especially loved the freshly baked pastries and locally sourced hot-cooked breakfast. It’s important to note, besides breakfast, there are no dining facilities at Roch Castle. You can either eat at their sister hotel, Twr Y Felin, or dine at one of the local pubs nearby. This wasn’t a problem as we thoroughly enjoyed walking to a local pub.

I was in awe of the stunning architecture and tasteful interior design. There are so many touches to the history of Roch Castle surrounding each floor, including an open view of the original stone structure of the castle which you can view whilst having breakfast.
