What can one expect when spending their holiday in our villas post Covid-19 situation?

More safety, more privacy, greater comfort in your villa. According to our guests’ reviews; quietness, comfort, privacy and safe areas have always been the hallmarks that define Hotel Suite Villa María. Our guests choose us looking for a place to spend their holidays far away from noise, stress and crowded areas.

In these times of uncertainty, one of our main objectives is to secure the health and well-being of our guests and our team members. And thanks to our spacious villas with gardens, we believe that our villas are ideal; they offer the combination of giving our guests the liberty, privacy and independence they crave for and equally are able to enjoy all the services and comforts in their own villa without having to go to public areas within the Resort.

All cleaning and disinfection protocols have been designed together with our technical advisers who are experts in this field, always following the recommendations of the health authorities and the World Health Organisation.

The Resort has been thoroughly disinfected and will continually be disinfected regularly. Disinfectant carpets have been placed around the Villa Resort to prevent the entry and spread of any pollutants, and all of our protocols have been designed to limit social interaction with the aim of protecting all the people present in our hotel and thanks to technology we have designed digital processes in various procedures in order to limit contact risk and reduce waiting times where guests can access for example our menus through QR codes and/or using digital tablets.

In your villa, you will find a protective pack for personal use that includes a facemask, gloves and hydro-alcoholic gel, and for your safety, we have also removed all those decorative elements that may be difficult to disinfect, such as cushions, rugs, etc and bed linen and towels will be washed at a temperature above 60ºC, please note that cleaning will only be carried out in your absence.

You will also find disinfection stations in all the public areas all around the Resort and our gastronomic offer has been adapted to the sanitary requirements and will be continually updated according to how the situation evolves. For this reason, the breakfast system has been redesigned, giving new approaches to service, for example, you can now enjoy your breakfast in the comfort of your own villa.

Since the Covid-19 situation, and following some of the suggestions we received from our guests, we have decided to include new fences and gates which now surround the gardens of all our villas, thus offering greater privacy for our guests and, most of all, being a lot safer for those families with children. That way parents will feel much more relaxed while their children play and have fun in our villas’ gardens.

Furthermore, in line with children’s safety, the hotel now has available a new fencing system around the private pools as well as hot tub covers for all those guests who request them. We are sure that these facilities we will contribute in a positive way so that our guests can enjoy their well-deserved relaxing holidays with us without worrying. Safety improvements have also been made in the outdoor playground.

All these developments do not only help us to be ranked as one of the best hotels designed for families in Tenerife but also contribute to the comfort for couples and groups of friends who are looking for privacy and tranquillity in the villas.

We hope that our guests are pleased by these new improvements and encourage them to keep on letting us know about all those suggestions that contribute and improve their experience with us. All the comments that are written about us on the many online sites and platforms, as well as the internal surveys that guests fill in during the stay, are carefully studied and taken into account and implemented where possible.
